BEDROOMS & BATHS DETAILS:
- All 5 bdrms are on the upper level and each have their own unique character. The front 2 bdrms have original decorative leaded glass, and 1 of those rooms has a full-sized fireplace for decoration.
- For the other 3 bdrms, there is a corner bdrm that has a bdrm on either side of it, so the residents would need to be comfortable accessing that room from a room on either side of it that have adjoining access. Or it can be turned into a study, or a child's room, etc.
- 3 Baths: The main floor bath has a glass shower, and the upstairs has 2 baths that have the original late 1800's Victorian tile on the walls and floor! 1 is a Jack and Jill bathroom with a tub/shower combo (meaning there is a door on each side of the bathroom to an adjoining room on each side). The other upstairs bathroom has a tub that is accessible from a hallway to use by the other 3 bdrms or they can shower in the main level bathroom.

We currently have a 1 bdrm vacancy next door if your group is larger than 5, then the other 1 or 2 can possibly rent the smaller unit next door, which is large enough for up to 2 people and 1 vehicle. We are willing to rent to those who are not related (see the notes under the "Costs" tab related to cleaning).
PETS: Are negotiable on a case-by-case basis.

This is a privately managed property by a long-time property manager Judy who lives onsight in the basement unit of this duplex building. She has a delightful and welcoming nature and cares about providing a well maintained property, responsive maintenance, and an overall great living experience!
