The first 28 images, beginning with the red colander are of Unit C. The photos after that are of Unit D. I have not figured out how to delete D's photos. Unit C is upstairs on the front side of the building. It has the same layout as unit D, but mirror image. This 2 bedroom, 1 bath quadplex is on a cul-de-sac with a terrific private, wooded feel. Ride your bike to iconic Lake Ella Park about a half mile away. The tree canopy and double pane windows help conserve energy bills. Living room and both bedrooms have a ceiling fan. Average Utility bill use to be about $140 (need to ask current tenants) that includes electric, water, sewage & sanitation. Bathroom has a vintage medicine cabinet. Gorgeous heart -pine look LVP floors in all the living areas including kitchen. Bedroom carpet freshly cleaned; has stains that did not come out when shampooed, but it is clean. All the walls and ceilings have been cleaned with a vinegar/dawn solution. All the ceiling vent registers and ducts have been vacuumed and washed. Unit is freshly painted. Unit has laundry hookups. TWO PERSON LIMIT. Minimum CREDIT SCORE accepted is 650. Cats/Dogs allowed with fee/deposit. Each pet must be pre-approved. Furniture, accessories & microwave not included.
