Guests can enjoy shared exterior spaces including a hot tub, a fenced dog area, a BBQ, hammocks, a fire pit, a covered pavilion with seating, lounge chairs/couches, cornhole and horseshoes, and a community washer and dryer. An EV charging station is available around the corner, and ample parking for cars, boats, or trailers is provided with a main spot right in front of the unit. Conveniently situated in Downtown Kanab, this apartment is just a short walk from local restaurants, cafes, and shops. It serves as an ideal launchpad for exploring world-famous parks and hidden gems, including Zion National Park (30 miles), Bryce Canyon National Park (76 miles), Grand Staircase-Escalante (15 miles), Peek-a-Boo & Spooky Slot Canyons (12 miles), Best Friends Animal Sanctuary (7 miles), and Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park (20 miles). Other nearby adventures include The Wave, Buckskin Gulch, Wire Pass Trailhead, White Pocket, Paria Canyon, and Kanab Creek Wilderness. This is a historic property with thin walls, so you may occasionally hear other guests outside or through the shared wall with the community game room. Earplugs are recommended for light sleepers. This is a 100% smoke-free property; any violation will result in a $200 per day fine for the duration of the stay. All pets are welcome, but undisclosed or unauthorized pets will incur a $250 fee. Approved pets incur a pet fee found in the listing. Guests must clean up after their pet, and a $25 fee per instance of uncollected waste outdoors will be applied. Guests are responsible for professional cleaning costs for indoor "accidents" and the full cost of any property damage caused by pets. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until 8:00 AM each morning, with all audio and noise levels to be kept at a minimum. Garbage must be bagged and stowed in the bins located on the property; a $50 fee, per bin, will be assessed for unbagged garbage found in the bins.
