The master bedroom has a king-size bed and closet, while the second bedroom offers a queen-size bed. The full bathroom includes a tub/shower combination.
Guests can enjoy shared exterior community amenities including a hot tub, dog area, BBQ, hammocks, fire pit, a covered pavilion with seating and lounge chairs/couches, cornhole & horseshoes, and a community washer and dryer. An EV charging station is available around the corner. Ample parking for cars, boats, or trailers is provided, with a main spot right in front of the unit. All pets are welcome.

It serves as an ideal launchpad for day trips to Zion National Park (30 miles), Bryce Canyon National Park (76 miles), Grand Staircase-Escalante (15 miles), Peek-a-Boo & Spooky Slot Canyons (12 miles), Best Friends Animal Sanctuary (7 miles), and Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park (20 miles). Other nearby adventures include The Wave, Buckskin Gulch, Wire Pass Trailhead, White Pocket, Paria Canyon, and Kanab Creek Wilderness.
This historic property has thin walls, and you may occasionally hear other guests outside or through the shared wall with the community game room. Earplugs are recommended for light sleepers. This is a 100% smoke-free property; any violation will result in a $200 per day fine. Undisclosed or unauthorized pets will incur a $250 fee. Approved pets incur a pet fee found in the listing. Guests must clean up after their pet, with a $25 fee per instance of uncollected waste outdoors. Guests are responsible for professional cleaning costs for indoor "accidents" and the full cost of any property damage caused by pets. Service Animals stay for free. Early check-in/late check-out requests are subject to availability and a fee. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until 8:00 AM each morning. Garbage must be bagged and stowed in the bins; a $50 fee per bin will be assessed for unbagged garbage. Moving furniture is not allowed; a $500 fee will be assessed if cleaners have to move furniture. Booking on behalf of others is strictly prohibited. Mail access varies by location, and the host is not responsible for any mail or packages delivered or lost during your stay. For stays exceeding 15 days, a separate lease agreement may be required. Pest control is professionally managed. Lockouts for doors with key access require contacting guest services for lockbox instructions; for all other lockouts, guests are responsible for hiring a locksmith at their own expense, or a $75 service fee will be charged if a host team member assists. Any items missing or broken must be reported to the host; additional charges may apply. Light maintenance or repairs may occur during your stay, with regularly scheduled exterior services proceeding without prior notice. For indoor maintenance, permission will be requested before entering.
