Guests can enjoy shared exterior community amenities including a hot tub, dog area, BBQ, hammocks, fire pit, a covered pavilion with seating and lounge chairs/couches, cornhole & horseshoes, and a community washer and dryer. An EV charging station is available around the corner. Ample parking for cars, boats, or trailers is provided, with a main spot right in front of the unit. All pets are welcome. Nestled in the heart of Kanab's small-town charm, this property is just a short walk from local cafes, shops, and restaurants. It serves as an ideal launchpad for day trips to Zion National Park (30 miles), Bryce Canyon National Park (76 miles), Grand Staircase-Escalante (15 miles), Peek-a-Boo & Spooky Slot Canyons (12 miles), Best Friends Animal Sanctuary (7 miles), and Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park (20 miles). Other nearby adventures include The Wave, Buckskin Gulch, Wire Pass Trailhead, White Pocket, Paria Canyon, and Kanab Creek Wilderness. This historic property has thin walls, and you may occasionally hear other guests outside or through the shared wall with the community game room. Earplugs are recommended for light sleepers. This is a 100% smoke-free property; any violation will result in a $200 per day fine. Undisclosed or unauthorized pets will incur a $250 fee. Approved pets incur a pet fee found in the listing. Guests must clean up after their pet, with a $25 fee per instance of uncollected waste outdoors. Guests are responsible for professional cleaning costs for indoor "accidents" and the full cost of any property damage caused by pets. Service Animals stay for free. Early check-in/late check-out requests are subject to availability and a fee. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until 8:00 AM each morning.
