The house is available August. 5, 2026. We are open to discussion about length of lease. Our tenant is still living there, so please do not disturb them. No smoking inside the property. We ask that no work trucks, commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, boats, etc. are parked onsite in deference to the neighbors and the vibe of the neighborhood. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis--as we love our own--but understand some are not a good fit for the hardwood floors. Gardener is included, all other utilities are paid by tenant. (Previous tenants have averaged just under $400 per month including: water, electricity, gas, refuse, and wifi.) The garage is not included as it is retained by owner for storage--and rarely accessed, and always with advance notice.
