Come enjoy this incredibly private home just northwest of Tumalo. Gated, country setting on 10 acres where luxury abounds. Just 27 minutes to Bend (18 miles) and 12 minutes to Sisters (7.5 miles). Walk up to the front door to find your own little oasis with a water feature which can be enjoyed from the comfort of a couch on the front deck. A perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise. Open floor plan with vaulted ceilings reaching 18 feet and accented by wood beams. Hardwood floors throughout the living space and kitchen. Beautiful stone chimney/fireplace surround reaches from floor to ceiling. You can sit anywhere in the living space and kitchen and have incredible views of the Cascade Mountain Range. Curl up on the big leather sectional and watch your favorite shows on the 75 inch, flat panel TV. The kitchen is well appointed with stainless steel appliances plus any counter top appliance you might need. Service ware is plentiful and good quality. Granite slabs cover all counter space including the island which has bar space for five. There is also a drink fridge in the island. Also located on the main level is the primary bedroom. Amenities you will find in this room include: a king size bed, vaulted ceilings, a ceiling fan, walk in closet, a reading nook and access to the back deck and pool. In this primary bathroom you will find a soaking tub, a huge, tiled walk in shower with glass surround, and a dual vanity with plenty of counter space. Located on the opposite side of the house from the primary bedroom is the guest bedroom. This bedroom has a queen size bed and a full bathroom accessible only from the bedroom. Upstairs is what we call the grand bedroom with yet more spectacular views and a king size bed. In the bathroom are two vanities, a make-up vanity, another huge, tiled walk in shower, and a walk in closet. Office on main level is not pictured. The laundry room has front loading washer and dryer and plenty of counter space for folding clothes. There might not be a better place to watch the sunset while grilling dinner than the covered back deck of this executive rental. Just a few steps below the deck is a dual zone spa pool. Swim against the current to your heart's content then relax on the hot tub side or just use the whole thing for cooling off on a hot summer day. Pets will be considered on a case by case basis.
