Lighthouse Point city ordinance quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Smoking is not permitted inside the house, with a $1000 fine for violations. Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 11am. Late check-outs are available for an additional fee of $150 per hour. Unauthorized guests are not permitted after 12am. Any reservation obtained under false pretenses will be subject to cancellation and forfeiture of advance payment. Guests are responsible for immediately notifying the host of any issues or damages during their stay. There are three outdoor camera devices located at the entryway, backyard, and side of the house for security monitoring. No fireworks or explosives are allowed on the property. Guests must use the property for legal purposes only. Please do not flush paper towels, tampons, wipes, or sanitary napkins down the toilet. Trash and recycling bins should be moved to the street on collection days (Wednesdays & Saturdays for trash, Wednesdays for recycling). The home offers high-speed internet throughout and each TV is set up with common streaming apps. Commercial photography or filming requires prior host approval and an additional $500 fee, with mandatory credit to @CestLaVieHomeAway. Guests are responsible for any damages or missing items, with fees equal to 150% of the item's replacement value. Guests must wash and dry a load of used towels and kitchen linens before checking out. Dishes should be loaded into the dishwasher before checking out. Outdoor furniture cushions may show signs of wear and tear due to weather and nature.
