If you have a dog, let's discuss whether this property is appropriate for your pooch it may or may not be. No cats allowed. IMPORTANT: this is a home in the forest on an acre. We expect our tenants to be knowledgeable, able and willing to do the typical repairs required to live in a home removed town: fix a toilet, unplug a drain, spray for ants if you see them in fall/winter, and more. We also expect tenants to have reasonable cleanliness standards (please don't move in and never clean the fridge in five years; if you spill something on the floor, clean it up.)
