This Townhouse is a fully furnished Property with a minimum stay of 29 nights. Rates are seasonal and subject to change. Dogs are acceptable upon landlord approval, however cats are not allowed. All utilities included and paid by the Landlord. Tenant(s)shall not engage in criminal activity of any nature, including drug-related criminal activity, on or near the said premises. "Drug related criminal activity" means the illegal manufacture, sale, distribution, use, or possession with intent to manufacture, sell, distribute, or use an illegal or controlled substance (as defined in Section 102 of the Controlled Substance Act [21 U.S.C.802]), nor shall permit the dwelling unit to be used for, or to facilitate criminal activity of any kind, regardless of whether the individual engaging in such activity is a member of the house hold, or a guest. Violation will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of security deposit. No smoking on the property.
