I require 1st and last months rent and -pet rent if applicable is per pet, along with deposit and- pet deposit if applicable. Someone is creating many fake listing of my property and saying that the property cant be viewed until your application is cleared, that is not how I run my business. When the current renter is out and the place is ready I will allow walk throughs before application being processed. Please let me know if anyone comes across these fake postings.
