The building faces the yacht harbor, sunsets and ocean and sits beside the Ala Wai Canal, where it flows into the yacht harbor. Excellent trade winds: This is the place to Live Hawaii! The two bedrooms are totally separate, with the baths in between. The front bedroom has floor to ceiling windows to the view and a romantic plantation queen size bed. The back bedroom has a double bed. The bedrooms are closed off from the living area with shoji screens evocative of old Hawaii. It is a gorgeous condo and close to everything. The condo is positioned to get FABULOUS trade winds because the building has open walkways so there are no interior hallways!! When the trade winds aren't blowing there are ceiling fans, more fans and a window AC. Details: Excellent credit required; $25 fee per person to check credit unless you have documentation of a credit score over 700. Tenant pays 4.5% Honolulu excise tax but there is no resort fee nor parking fee.
