Showings/appointments will start on August 1, 2026 Landlord pays monthly trash pick-up bill. Rental/Lease tenant/s are responsible for all other utility bills. Gas, Water/Sewer, Electric, Internet, large item trash disposal or trash dumpster, etc. 1 year lease option available after 6 months of on time rental payments. Rent must be on time each of the 6 months prior to any agreement on a lease, and also on time each month after an annual lease is signed. "If a lease is signed" Failure to abide by the lease contract agreement on rent being paid on time, may forfeit your lease agreement and may effect your deposit agreement. Landlord does require tenents to carry rental insurance, with a accident/injury policy.
