Plan C 2nd Floor Private Bath Room Monthly Rent: $1,200 Utilities & Services Fee: $150/month Total Monthly Payment: $1,350 Private room with private side bathroom near kitchen/living area. Utilities & Services Fee covers electricity, water, sewer, garbage, high-speed Ziply internet, bi-weekly professional cleaning of shared areas, smart home access, and home security system. Security Deposit: One month's base rent, based on selected room. Move-in Costs: First month's rent + utilities/services fee + security deposit + $150 non-refundable cleaning fee.
