3-unit building, 3 blocks up the hill from Main Street.… This larger-than-average apt has windows on 3 sides, a bedroom with an alcove, a pretty tile bath with wall heater, a separate kitchen with a small pantry, and 2 very nice neighbors. Spacious LR, adaptable for a desk. composite floors - but the good kind, in perfect condition. Cat or bird? OK. Dog? We can talk about that. Washer/dryer located just outside apt door in shared hallway. No lugging your laundry! Each unit has its own water heater and gas-fired (baseboard) heater, thermostat in apt. (These utilities are located in the basement, not in the apartment.) Building is fire-alarmed with annually certified pull-down station, smoke/CO detectors, and conveniently placed fire extinguishers. Tenants pay PGW and PECO individually. Landlord pays water and use of the washer/dryer. Free-standing building (not attached to other buildings).
