Pets (small dogs, max 2) allowed for an additional fee. Utilities & Wifi included. 60 day minimum. Month-to-month lease after that. All hard floors, owner's suite with an en-suite bathroom and dual sinks. Washer and dryer in the home. Level lot with easy parking (max 3 vehicles). Granite counters, dishwasher, fridge, microwave oven/range and fully stocked kitchen. Wood burning fireplace. Gas grill on the spacious deck. All three bedrooms have queen sized beds. Like many Alto homes, this property deos not have central AC. We open windows and run the fans in the summer months. Good quality sheets/bedding. Peaceful, oversized lot in Alto Lakes Golf Community. Lots of wildlife viewing. Unobstructed views on the back deck. There are no priveledges to Alto Lakes Golf Courses and country club as part of the rental agreement. Alto Lakes Golf and Country club is a members-only Club.
$500 damage deposit and $150 cleaning fee due at lease signing. Streaming services (netflix/Hulu) are not included. tenant must pay for their own streaming services.
