Tenants are allowed to have pets, but limited to 2 (two) in total. You are responsible for picking up after you pet and covering the cost of any damage by your pets. We do not have a pet fee as we feel they are just another family member. It will be the tenant's responsibility to pay utilities and city fees. It will be the tenant's responsibility to maintain property, including the yard. It will be the tenant's responsibility to bring out trash for weekly pick up.
