The space is a cozy and quaint one-bedroom apartment that has a comfy King size bed and an oversized leather fold out sofa.… Great for business travel, surfers, or a couple that wants to get away. If you're looking for a location that is walkable to beach, bars, restaurants, groceries, or Starbucks - this is the place for you. Parking on site and easy access to highways makes this place the best location in San Diego. Work space, WiFi and Parking is included.
Quick tour of the property so you have a clear idea of what you're getting when you book our home. When you first arrive at the property - you will walk through our courtyard, up our stairs, and through our front door into our living room. This room has a full sized sleeper sofa that can comfortably sleep one large person or two small people. The kitchen/bar area has bar seating for four as well as a desk for working. We rarely cook and typically recommend our guests take advantage of the absolutely phenomenal local cuisine that is walking distance to the house. One of the best parts of living in Pacific Beach is the accessibility to so many different types of food from such vast parts of the world - right at your fingertips. You can have Brazilian acai bowls for breakfast and then sample the local flavors of Thailand for lunch, then finish off the day with high quality Mexican fare for dinner - without having to use your car!
