Cancellations or modifications made within 60 days of your arrival will not be refunded. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant & monitors decibel levels living areas & outside to protect you from noise complaints. This home may also have security cameras outside to ensure parking and occupancy rules are followed. No cameras are placed inside the home. A refundable security deposit is required and will be collected 60 days before check-in. The security deposit amount is $1,000 for stays of 30 nights $2,000 for stays of 31-59 nights, and $3,000 for stays of 60-90 nights. Any costs incurred due to damage that were not paid for by Occupant during their stay will be withheld from the Security Deposit. Costs for additional cleaning of the home, if required beyond ordinary wear and tear, will be withheld from the Security Deposit. Any costs for repairs or cleaning exceeding the Security Deposit and previous payments for repairs made by the Occupant will be the financial responsibility of the Occupant.
