The entire unit has central air conditioning for our hot and humid summers!
This 900 S.F. duplex is VERY clean and deserves a showing. You will be pleased with what you see. The individual detached garage stall is available for storage and a shelter for your vehicle for $150 extra a month. The backyard is entirely fenced, perfect for pets and/or children.

Lastly, just a heads up that there is no laundry on site but renters that have lived here enjoy (because they can do multiple loads at the same time!) doing laundry at 7 Laundry 2436 7th Street West St.Paul, MN 55116 which is less than a 5 minute drive away! There are also nearby neighbors who have offered past tenants laundry services to clean and fold laundry for an affordable/reasonable price.
