Lease terms

Month-to-month or short-term lease options may be considered. Rent is $1,125 per month with standard utilities included. A $1,000 refundable security deposit and signed rental agreement are required before move-in. This is an owner-occupied home with shared access to the kitchen, living room, and in-home laundry. The room is unfurnished and includes access to a private bathroom. Off-street parking is available. No smoking inside the home, no illegal drugs, and no pets without prior written approval. Renter is expected to clean up after themselves in shared spaces, keep their room and bathroom reasonably clean, and report any maintenance issues promptly. No overnight guests without prior approval. This is an owner-occupied home, so the rental is intended for one occupant only. Daytime visitors are okay as long as they are respectful of the home, parking, noise, and shared spaces.
