Roommates are friendly and clean. It is on the 2nd floor of a 3rd story building in Morris Park area in the Bronx. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Apartment includes a dining room, bathroom, and a living room with a back door access to a quiet back yard.
2-minute walk to stores, laundromats, and public transportation on Morris Park Ave. 10-minute walk to 2 and 5 train at Bronx Park East station. Street parking. Near bus BX21 and Q44. 45 min commute to Midtown Manhattan by train. 25 min to Manhattan by car.
