Monthly rent of $2,700 with security deposit of $2,700. First months rent, last months rent and security deposit are due on lease signing. Trash service is included in monthly rent and valued at $45 per month. Tenant will be responsible for cable, water, gas and electric utilities as well as maintenance of the landscaping.
