We are looking for conscientious, long-term renters who want a stable home and can care for the property well Unit comes unfurnished. Lease Duration: 1-year lease minimum. Security Deposit: $5,500 security deposit and 1st months rent due at signing. Full background and credit checks and 2 references are required prior to lease signing. Utilities: Owner pays for water and trash service. Tenant pays all other utilities (including but not limited to: electricity (PG&E), and internet/cable). Pets: No pets allowed. Parking: Onsite parking available by 3rd party. Not included in rent. HOA Move-in/Move-out Rules: Tenant is responsible for adhering to all building HOA rules. Any move-in or move-out fees/deposits required by the HOA are the responsibility of the tenant. Moves must be scheduled in advance with building management. Smoking Policy: This is a strictly non-smoking property. No smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted inside the unit or in the building's common areas.
