Terms/Requirements: Apartment is occupied and showings require 24-hour notice. Mininum one-year lease. There is an application fee of ($50) for the background, credit and eviction checks. Applicants will need income verification documents (paystubs). Move-in fee and first month rent due at lease signing. Apartment is on a first-come-first-serve basis, I do not "HOLD" apartment unless a lease has been signed and payments have been made. Viewing Apt. Showings are by appointment only and 24-hour advanced noticed is required. To view the apartment, feel free to contact me directly on my cell phone.
