The patio is big enough to actually use, and it has a peekaboo view of the Golden Gate Bridge.
There's one space in the garage downstairs, and there's bike parking and extra laundry machines for big jobs, too.
You're equidistant from Polk Street, Russian Hill, and Cow Hollow, so you get the shops and restaurants of all three.
The HOA has run this building for years and has only once been annoying. Most people here have lived here a long time. We'd like whoever moves in next to fit that: follow the building's rules and be a good neighbor.
We live abroad, so this is hands-off by necessity. Send us the bill when something breaks, pay rent on time, don't throw loud parties. Otherwise the place is yours.
The HOA pays water. We pay PG&E and bill you monthly. You only have to pay for Internet and/or TV.
