About the building
Family and I are moving abroad and have this unit through end of September.… We have been in the building for 6 years, have nothing but wonderful things to say about the neighbors, management, and staff. Very kid friendly and pet friendly, excellent location in the UES.
We intend to leave on within the next 2 weeks so I'm offering a slight discount on my remaining base rent for August (prorated at 12092) and September (14,995 base with 5% discount) if you can commit to on/around August 7th. Management has indicated they are happy to renew you at a few percentage points higher than the base (between 15,400-15,700) for a further 12 months.
Our unit is a 3Br, 2.5 bath, around 1750 sq ft. It was just newly renovated last year so floors, washing machine, kitchen appliances are all brand new. Master bath (two sinks) and master walk-in closet are exceptional. Gym, bike room, kids' play room, and very nice renovated courtyard downstairs.
If you can move in on or around August 7th, I'm happy to offer up to three queen/full size size beds (all excellent condition, one of which we purchased new from a high end hotel chain) for a nominal fee to save you the headache of moving those in; otherwise, I will need to move them out and give them to relatives.
