Initial applications are accepted through Zillow. Applicants will be required to complete a comprehensive background and credit check through our preferred third-party screening portal TransUnion SmartMove. The non-refundable $48 screening fee per adult is paid directly to the background check service. Fee is non-refundable for denied applications. However, upon application approval and a signed lease, the total screening fee will be credited to your second month's rent.
