RENTAL SCREENING CRITERIA & PROPERTY POLICIES All applicants 18 years of age or older must complete a rental application and may be subject to credit, background, eviction, income, and rental history screening. Co-Signer Requirements: A qualified co-signer/guarantor may be required for applicants with: Credit scores below approximately 650 Limited or insufficient credit history Limited rental history Insufficient verifiable income Application Fee: An application/screening fee may be charged to cover the actual cost of tenant screening reports and processing. Occupancy Standards: Occupancy limits will be determined in accordance with applicable laws and property size. Property Policies: Renters insurance is required for all tenants with a liability coverage of 500k No smoking or vaping inside the property No pets allowed One vehicle per tenant only Tenants are responsible for maintaining cleanliness of shared spaces and coordinating shared utility payments where applicable Reusable Tenant Screening Reports: This property does not accept reusable tenant screening reports as defined under RCW 59.18.257.
