Lease Duration: Month to month or fixed 6 12 month lease options available. Monthly Rent: $3900 per month. Security Deposit: $3900 security deposit required. Maintenance Responsibilities: - Tenant is responsible for maintaining the interior of the home in clean, good condition. - Tenant must promptly report any maintenance issues to the owner/manager. - Tenant is responsible for replacing HVAC filters, light bulbs, and smoke detector batteries as needed. - Landscaping for the front yard is included; tenant maintains the private patio area. Smoking Policy: No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the home or garage. Occupancy: Maximum occupancy of 2 adults (plus children) unless otherwise approved. Renter's Insurance: Proof of renter's insurance required prior to move in.
