Lease terms

12-month lease preferred. Shorter lease terms may be considered on a case-by-case basis. This is a furnished, move-in-ready condo. Tenant is responsible for electricity, internet/cable, and any optional services. Owner covers HOA dues, water, sewer, and trash unless otherwise stated in the lease. One assigned parking space is included. No smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere inside the unit, on the balcony, or in common areas. Pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to owner approval, HOA rules, and applicable pet rent. One cat or one small dog under 40 lb may be considered. No large dogs preferred. Tenant is responsible for keeping the unit clean, caring for the furnishings, promptly reporting maintenance issues, and following all HOA/community rules. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear, including damage to furniture, flooring, appliances, walls, or fixtures, will be the tenant's responsibility. Renters insurance is required before move-in and must remain active throughout the lease term.
