Terms at 1644 S 4th St W

Private landlords, not a management company. We are looking for responsible folks who will take care of our home. Amount of furnishings can be negotiated. Available end of June/ July 1. One year lease. Tenants are expected to pay all the utilities. Tenants will have access to the attached garage but owners will also have some items stored in totes and boxes in back area of garage. There will still be plenty of room to store bikes, grills, etc., but probably not enough for a car. One small storage room under stairs will also be off limits to renters. No unsupervised children in hot tub. Driveway/ off street parking fits two cars. Tenants responsible for minor upkeep (changing light bulbs, maintaining hot tub, raking leaves, shoveling snow). We can provide shovels and rakes. Landlord responsible for major repairs. Hot tub will not be guaranteed but we have had it for about 5 years without any problems. Pets welcome so long as the tenants clean up after them. The home is in a great neighborhood so looking for folks who will be good neighbors.
