Lease Duration: Flexible furnished lease terms of 3, 6, 9, or 12 months. Monthly rent is all-inclusive and scales with your lease length: 3 months $2,499/month 6 months $2,299/month 9 months $2,149/month 12 months $1,999/month Contract-length leases with easy renewal options available ideal for travel assignments that may extend. Utilities & Internet: All utilities and high-speed internet are included in the monthly rent. One simple, all-in payment no separate utility bills to set up or manage. Fees & Deposits: Security deposit: 1.5x monthly rent (refundable, subject to move-out inspection) One-time cleaning fee: $200 (non-refundable) Deposit, first month's rent, and cleaning fee are due at lease signing Furnishings: Home is fully furnished and turnkey furniture, kitchenware, linens, and all essentials included. Move in with just your suitcase. Smoking Policy: No smoking of any kind inside the home or on the property. Parking: Off-street concrete pad for 1 vehicle, plus street parking available. Pet Policy: Pet-friendly with a $250 pet security deposit and $100/month pet fee. Dogs and cats only, 2 pets maximum. Tenant Maintenance Responsibilities: Professional property management handles all major maintenance and repairs simply report any issue and it will be addressed promptly. Tenants are responsible for keeping the home clean and in good condition, promptly reporting maintenance needs, and covering any damage beyond normal wear and tear. Professional cleaning and turnover are provided between tenants. Additional Policies: No events, parties, or large gatherings. Valid government-issued photo ID required. Exterior security cameras are in use on the property. All applicants are subject to income verification (3x monthly rent), credit and background screening, and employment or travel-assignment verification.
