Lease terms

- Minimum 12-month lease required. - Monthly Rent: $2,895 - July Move-In Special: Receive $1,000 off your first month's rent with an approved application and lease execution during the promotional period. - Rent includes water, sewer, and garbage. - Tenant is responsible for electricity and any internet/TV services. Fiber internet is available in the building. - Security deposit and first month's rent due at lease signing. Any additional move-in fees will be disclosed before lease signing. - No smoking inside the apartment or building by tenants or guests. - Maximum of two (2) pets. No dogs permitted. - Prospective tenants must personally tour the apartment before their application will be considered complete. - All prospective adult occupants/roommates must submit a completed rental application before the application will be considered complete or reviewed. Completed Zillow rental applications are accepted. Applicants who do not submit a Zillow application will be required to complete the application provided by the Landlord's screening company, including providing all required identification and other information required by the screening provider to complete the rental screening process. - Applicants must provide verifiable proof of income or other lawful sources of funds, along with any other financial documentation reasonably requested as part of the screening process. - Combined verifiable gross monthly income and other lawful sources of funds must be at least three (3) times the applicant's monthly rent obligation, after accounting for any applicable housing subsidy, consistent with applicable law. - Minimum credit score: 680. - All applicants are subject to rental screening and must satisfy the published screening criteria.
