This pet-friendly home welcomes small dog (Pomeranians, Chihuahuas, Boston Terriers, Terriers, Dachshunds, Pugs, Toy Poodles, Yorkshire Terriers) 1 small dog / 1 cat with a non-refundable pet deposit of $200 per pet. NO SMOKING We maintain a smoke-free environment, ensuring a clean and healthy living space. Off street parking with car port! As a tenant, you'll enjoy the freedom to personalize your living experience, while being responsible for your renters insurance, cable/WiFi, electric, gas, and utilities (trash, water, and sewer). We encourage applicants with a credit score of 680 or above to apply; however, please be aware that a higher score does not guarantee approval.
