Hi guys , I have a new TRUE 2 bedroom at 164 Stanton in LES ( Near East Village) . New construction building where all the bedrooms fit queens sized beds. The apartment has a southern exposure so lots of light and windows on two sides so yeah it gets a ton of light.
The apartment has hardwood floors and is pre-wired for quick internet access (Verizion Fios & Spectrum) .
It's a new building built from the ground up so unlike Stuyvesant town the walls are thick and you can't hear your neighbors below or above you. The building has a fast elevator and a well lit laundry room.
FLEXIBLE LANDLORD
(Depending on the total income of all applicants) Guarantors are not required and can be from out of state as well.
WE ACCEPT ONLY 1 APPLICATION PER APT. First application in takes the apt off the market. No competing applications with bidding wars.
Basically the apartment has no issues. All the bedrooms are a nicely sized, have a window, closet etc. It's not on ave D, it's not above a bar, it's not near a hospital with loud ambulances.
GREAT NEIGHBORHOOD. The area is phenomenal- situated in the Lower East Side ( LES) one block from the East Village and within walking distance to Soho, Alphabet City, & Two bridges. F, J, M, Z train are minutes away. 6 train is a daoable walk as well. There is a WHOLE FOODS and a 1 year old YMCA with an Olympic sized swimming pool 5 minutes away. The pool is free at certain times.
This is an occupied apt so the landlord is expecting that I'm either meeting clients or at least talking with them by phone before scheduling appointments with his current tenants. PLEASE ADD YOUR IDEAL MOVE IN DATE, BACK UP DATE, PETS AND BEST NUMBER TO REACH YOU ON IN YOUR EMAIL.
