We are open to different Lease options and have worked with folks in all sorts of situations (we are adept at the facetime walkthrough for out of… towners). This space is normally offered furnished month to month. Great for those who have just moved or are thinking of moving here but haven't decided where to land yet. So though this is feels like a stand alone home you do have nearby neighbors to help you not feel so lonely. Your entrance is through the front door from the street, not through a shared space, so if you don't want to see anyone you don't have to.
Rent includes monthly or quarterly cleaner (depending on length of lease), wifi, water & garbage - you pay gas and electric.
