New floor in in kitchen, dining room and living room. Part of an HOA with a pool. 2 car garage. Barbeque, fireplace, washer and dryer, Peloton, WiFi, newly tuned piano. Walk in closet in master. HOA takes care of front yard. We live elsewhere in the summer and are looking to ideally rent to one family for the entire summer. This is a house we live in the other 9 months of the year so there will be full kitchen supplies, some photos of my family around the house, etc. This is not a home just used for Airbnb rentals. We will move our clothing and bathroom stuff out of the house so closets and bathroom drawers will be all yours. $3,500 per month and you also have to pay PG&E and water bills. I will pay garbage and internet and HOA dues.
