Lease terms

Residential Lease Terms Lease Duration: This lease agreement shall be for a minimum term of one (1) year. Rent & Utilities: - Electricity & Internet are included in the rent. - Tenant is responsible for payment of water, trash, and renters insurance. Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Pets: Pets are allowed with prior approval. A non-refundable monthly pet fee of $100 per pet will be charged. Renter's Insurance: Tenant is required to maintain active renters insurance throughout the duration of the lease. General Responsibilities: Tenant agrees to maintain the property in good condition and comply with all local laws, HOA rules (if applicable), and property guidelines. Occupancy: Only individuals listed on the lease agreement are permitted to reside in the property unless otherwise approved in writing. Maintenance & Repairs: Tenant shall promptly report any maintenance issues. Tenant is responsible for damages caused by negligence or misuse. Termination: Early termination of the lease may be subject to penalties as outlined in the full lease agreement. Additional terms and conditions may be included in the full lease agreement as required.
