Nice 4 BR, 3 bath Charleston style home (with the option of being rented furnished) situated between Plaza Midwood and NoDa!… It's only a 15-20 min walk to both hot spots but in an a quiet neighborhood so you don't have people partying below your window at night. You can also walk to the light rail or street car in 15-20 min as all these destinations are only a mile away.
There is ample off-street parking with enough room for 4 vehicles.
There is a huge 200 sq ft covered porch on each level for you to enjoy the outdoors without getting sunburnt or rained on.
The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including a brand new French door refrigerator and gas stove with range hood. It also has a bar and opens to the living room.
There's one bedroom downstairs across from one of the bathrooms. Upstairs you'll find the primary suite with private access to the upper porch, an en-suite bath and walk-in closet. Across the hall are two more bedrooms that share a full bath.
There is no backyard as there is a garage apartment I live in located 35' behind the home. We all enjoy our privacy so I've taken many extra steps to ensure maximum privacy between the two homes and it's never once been an issue with previous tenants. If you have any concerns, I'll try my best to accommodate.
