Lease terms

Deal Breakers (Non-Negotiable Requirements) Renter is responsible for paying all utilities and bills associated with the property (electricity, gas, water, trash, internet, etc.). Security deposit is required prior to move-in. Renter's insurance is required for the duration of the lease. No pets allowed. No smoking inside the property. All adult applicants must complete a background and credit check. Proof of stable income required (typically 2.5 3x the monthly rent). No history of evictions or serious lease violations. No unauthorized occupants. All residents must be listed on the lease.
