Non refundable One time Cleaning Fee, $350 upon move in: Cleaning Fee Policy A one-time cleaning fee is charged for each stay. This fee is applied solely to cover the cost of standard turnover services after checkout, which include professional cleaning, laundering of linens, and sanitization of the property. This cleaning fee does not cover damages, missing or broken items, or excessive messes left behind. Guests/tenants will be held financially responsible for any such costs in addition to the standard cleaning fee. This is a non smoking, no pets rental. This is fully furnished rental. Can lease for up to 12 months. Tenants will complete an application process which includes a background check. The lease will include all parties living in the house(by name). Any additional occupants will need to be approved and may incur additional cost per month. Utilities are included with caps to encourage responsible usage: Short-Term Stays (3 Months or Less) -SDG&E (electric & gas) included up to $150/month -Water included up to $150 per billing cycle -Standard WiFi included If usage exceeds the stated caps, the overage amount will be the responsibility of the tenant. Any WiFi upgrades, additional streaming packages, or excessive data usage will also be tenant responsibility. Long-Term Stays (More Than 3 Months) -Tenant is responsible for full SDG&E (electric & gas) -Standard WiFi provided (tenant responsible for upgrades or additional services/usages) -Water included up to $150 per billing cycle; overages are tenant responsibility We ask all tenants to use utilities responsibly (turn off lights, electronics, and HVAC when not in use) to help keep costs manageable for everyone. While our #1 priority is ensuring that my valued guests enjoy their stay, we also have an equally important commitment to our neighbors and community. We ask that all occupants be respectful of the neighbors(do not park in front of their house).. wave and say "hello" like neighbors do. It's a friendly, family community... Owner has items stored in the garage that will not be removed. At times, owners will need access to the garage but will provide ample notice to access the garage.
