Lease terms

This will be a 12 month lease. Renter will be responsible for Gas & Electric/ DTE & water. Security deposit & first month's rent due at signing. No smoking or vaping of any kind allowed inside home. If changes are wanted to be made in home, get approved by landlord before doing so. If you would like to paint, you can do so anywhere except the living/dining room. Tenants will provide their own blinds/ shades for upper level of home windows. Do not put grease, vegetable peels, coffee grinds, hair, nuts, or shells down the disposal. No parking any vehicles in the grass, via city ordinance. Grass must stay cut via city ordinance, if a violation fee is issued, tenant will pay the fee for failure to adhere to warning of the violation. If you would like to add a monthly lawn service to contract, that will be an additional $150/ monthly. Baby/ butt wipes/ and sanitary tampons cannot be flushed down toilet, even if it reads flushable, please discard in trash. If plumbing is compromised due to these items, debt will be added to next two rent payment cycles. Trash day is Tuesday Morning, trash & recycle bins must be placed across the street from home on the edge of the street. Outdoor Landscape modifications are okay, just do not move or damage the red Japanese maple tree on the right side of the home. Thank you in advance.
