The common areas are on the main floor of the home with an open floor plan kitchen (with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher) and another living room off the kitchen. There is also a washer/dryer in the home, a linen closet, shared storage space, and a small garden plot outside if you like to grow flowers or veggies. This is an ideal situation for someone in graduate or medical school. There's ample privacy and quiet for studying or working from home, and the housemates are also friendly people who like to have relaxed get-togethers and dinner parties occasionally.
