Deduct $200/month discount for leases 6+ months. Notice to Vacate: 14-day notice required for early departure or extension. Guaranteed extensions and price for duration of need. All Utilities Included: Electricity, gas, water, high-speed WiFi, trash, lawn care. Unlimited utilities, no cap. Our pet policy is as follows: No breed restrictions. Pets must be preapproved and housetrained. There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet. They must be current on vaccinations and prescribed flea/tick and heartworm preventatives. The owner is responsible for cleaning up the yard daily after a pet. Pets are not allowed on furniture unless the tenant provides and uses protective covers, and are not allowed in beds unless the tenant provides their own bedding and linens. We want you to be fully informed and prepared for your pet's stay with us. A doggie door is provided for the backyard. No Smoking: Inside home or garage, or near exterior doors.
