There is a small garage with room for one car and fenced in backyard with a raised garden bed and compost bin. There is a front porch as well as sitting area in the back.
Walking distance to downtown Stevens Point. 1 year lease term preferred and dogs negotiable. Sorry, no cats. I am aiming to begin renting Aug 1 but also am flexible on the start date.
