Current housemate Sam is a current grad student studying French, interests & vital life experiences include but aren't limited to: biking, making and trying new plant-based recipes, climbing, listening to music, thrifting, 'lizzing' out (that is, taking in the sun and fresh air, preferably by a body of water), spending time with family and friends, yoga, etc. Has a 5 year old lab/ terrier mix who is comfortable with other dogs + people but unsure how she is with cats (she's never lived with/ actually met one). Would want to have her meet you (and potential pet) to make sure it's a good fit.
We're hoping to find someone who's into similar things and values a clean & communicative household to rent the other bedroom. The house is LGBTQ-friendly, and I'm looking for someone who appreciates a welcoming and inclusive home.
Gas/electric/water is not included.
