Also in Carolina PR there is everything you need . thats also only 15 minutes away or so. Home Depot, Costco, Walmart, so many restaurants everything you need. This is a 1st floor rental in a two family house. The second floor is my own space when i come to visit PR. Im from NY. otherwise no one else will be living in the second floor until I decide to rent .
