Our cute 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located just minutes from Target, Ulta, Home Goods, Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen, Red Robin, King Soopers, Big… Lots and all the restaurants and shops in the Cornerstar shopping district. The master bedroom and bathroom are spacious. The second bedroom and bathroom are also good sized. The front patio is a great place to enjoy mountain views. The Cherry Creek Trail system and open space are located just a couple blocks away. New carpet is being installed in bedrooms and loft with recent install of luxury vinyl floors elsewhere. The space is also being painted and new blinds are to be installed this coming week. We anticipate availability March 1.
