Requirements for qualification: - Either a valid approved Housing Administration Voucher - OR - - Combined Income minimum: Should be more than $6,300/mo or $75,600/year. - No felony convictions. - No evictions, judgements, or owe money to past landlord(s). - No smoking. - No bankruptcies. - No-Sublets. - Valid and Verifiable US identification. - Security Deposit $2,500. - First month's rent $2,600. - Pet Fee $500/each pet (non refundable). Pet interview required. - Pet Screening is required on a yearly basis. - A higher security deposit or advanced rent, may be required without a complete or qualified application. - 12+ month lease preferred. - Additional application information required beyond the Zillow Application for all applicants over age 18 with a $50/ person application fee. The Zillow Application is not required for approval but will be reviewed if already available. Documents and services required to apply: - Fully completed application by each person over the age of 18 years. - Background check $50/person. - Pet Screening $0-$30. - Copy of a valid US Government issued ID. - Most recent 3 months pay statements or last 2 years tax return transcripts if self employed. - Most recent 3 months bank statements. Required to move-in: - Proof of purchase of a renters insurance policy including $300k liability coverage naming the landlord as co-insured.* Landlord will also have homeowners and liability insurance for non-Tenant negligence instances. - Utility connection and account information. Additional application information required beyond the Zillow Application for all applicants over age 18 with a $50/ person application fee.
