Property is gated for privacy and only 20 minutes away from the Harrah's Casino, about 25 minutes away from the John C. Campbell Folk School, and 25 minutes away from the town of Murphy with additional restaurants and activities. No more than one pet/dog allowed with appropriate deposit, a minimum of a 1-month stay is required with first month and security paid up front. Security deposit listed is for 1-3 months. For longer stays, a larger deposit may be required.
