Long term tenant pays Electric ($80-220/month average). We require First and Last months' rent, a refundable $1,000 security deposit and a $150 non-refundable pet fee before move in. There will also be a post-stay cleaning fee (between $200-350) after move out depending on the condition that the house is left in, which would be deducted from the Deposit.
